Worst moves: Isiah Thomas, Stephon Marbury, Steve Francis, Eddy Curry
2. Minnesota Timberwolves

Last playoff appearance: 1st seed in 2004, lost in Conference Finals
Last playoff win: 2004 Conference Finals
Worst moves: Not getting somewhat equal value for Kevin Garnett, Sebastien Telfair, attempting to draft Rick Rubio
3. Milwaukee Bucks

Last playoff appearance: 8th seed in 2006, lost in 1st round
Last playoff win: 2001 Conference Semifinals
Worst moves: Not making any moves to improve their team (free agency/move up draft pick)
4. Los Angeles Clippers

Last playoff appearance: 6th seed in 2006, lost in Conference Semifinals
Last playoff win: 1st round in 2006
Worst moves: Not signing Kobe Bryant in 2004, letting numerous core players sign elsewhere

*I would have certainly added the Charlotte Bobcats to list, however I gave them a break because they did not enter the league until 2004.
